| With over 30 years of experience in the shipping and petroleum engineering industry, Mr. Cheng Kin Soon founded his 1st company in Singapore in 2009 and has served as a director of more than 10 companies including construction, shipbuilding and repair, and oil and gas. The business covers Singapore, Malaysia, Brazil, China and Africa and in 2016 his company ventured into the import and export of pharmaceuticals, food and agricultural products in Singapore, Malaysia and China at the same time. |

| Ms. He Ying Stephanie holds an MBA from the University of Sunderland and has 14 years of corporate management experience as a director of more than 6 companies and as head of administration and human resources for 11 companies. She has extensive experience not only in shipbuilding and maintenance, but also in the oil and gas industry. She was also the founder of the innovative Chinese bird's nest brand "YingWoo", which was the top selling brand on the internet in China in 2019. |
